Karāchi, Sindh, Pakistan
I'm a Banking & Finance student at the University of Sindh (CGPA 3.87) with hands-on experience spanning NGO bookkeeping, ERP-based accounting at Sui Southern Gas, and Islamic Banking training at the State Bank of Pakistan. As an active Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) investor, I conduct independent fundamental analysis — reviewing financial statements, studying macroeconomic indicators, and researching individual equities across sectors including energy (OGDC, PPL), FMCG (Nestlé), cement (Lucky Cement), and banking (Meezan Bank). My academic research examined how inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates influence PSX performance — grounding my investment thinking in macroeconomic theory. On the technical side, I work with Excel, QuickBooks, Power BI, Oracle SQL Developer, and have completed NAVTTC and DigiSkills certifications in data mining and business intelligence. I'm looking to grow into a financial analyst, investment associate, or advisory role where I can apply rigorous analysis and genuine curiosity about markets to real world decisions.
Gained practical experience with an ERP-based accounting system, processing transactions across industrial, commercial, and household categories. Supported contract accounting, billing operations, journal voucher preparation, and monitoring of liquidated damages. Assisted in asset capitalisation, depreciation schedules, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Processed bills payable including vendor payments, employee medical claims, and contractor tax documentation. Participated in payroll processing, statutory deductions, and monthly financial reporting cycles. Gained exposure to cash and bank operations — reconciliations, cheque issuance, and interbank transfers — along with provident fund management and project finance for large-scale infrastructure.
