I am transitioning into IT support with a focus on ServiceNow administration and service desk operations. I completed the Generation Australia IT Support Program and the ServiceNow Rise Up Administrator Fundamentals program, and hold an ITSM Fundamentals certification completed in May 2026. I have also built ServiceNow portfolio projects covering employee onboarding, reports and dashboards, and IT support knowledge management. These projects helped me practise platform administration, documentation, service request handling, and service desk workflows. My background in customer-facing roles has strengthened my communication, accuracy, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure. I am now seeking an entry-level Service Desk Analyst or IT Support role where I can continue building my technical skills and contribute to reliable end user support.
