Hi, I'm Musarrat Jahan, a Cognitive Science student at UConn with a passion for technology, education, and client support. I'm currently working as a SAIT Student Worker at UConn, assisting clients with resolving day-to-day technology issues, troubleshooting workstations and printers, and providing comprehensive support. I also have experience as an Instructor at Code Ninjas, where I taught coding to children, managed front desk operations, and designed and led educational summer camps. I have developed skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Python, Java, JavaScript, and HTML. I'm fluent in English and Bengali and have basic Korean proficiency.
