I am Musarrat Jahan Esha, an undergraduate student at the Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka. My focus is on making education more inclusive and creating positive change for youth and society. As Co-founder of Stories of Inclusion, I work to make classrooms inclusive and learning accessible for students with disabilities by developing programs and resources that directly support their education. At the Dhaka University Career Club, I serve as the Secretary of Design & Content Wing, leading a team to create visual designs, branding and communication materials for events and programs that engage thousands of students with top organizations. I also contributed to the SUN Youth Network Bangladesh, Project WE, LCOY Bangladesh 2024 and Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), where I designed visuals, managed communication and supported youth-led climate and development initiatives. I am an alum of the Amra Notun Changemakers’ Program by BRAC, Aspire Leaders Program by Aspire Institute and an EAGLE Youth Fellow at Pcycle (Malala Fund supported), where I strengthened my skills in leadership, community action and education advocacy. Looking ahead, I aim to grow as an educator and designer who builds inclusive opportunities for young people.
Stories of Inclusion has achieved a significant milestone by being honored with the Amra Notun Young Changemakers' Award 2025, presented by BRAC, for the contribution in the education sector.
