Real estate development leader with 14+ years across giga-projects, national housing programs, and major infrastructure in Saudi Arabia owning the full development lifecycle from strategy, feasibility, and highest-and-best-use analysis through master planning, investment structuring, delivery, and asset management. I currently lead real estate development for one of the largest national projects in Riyadh, where I set portfolio strategy and governance across a multi-billion-riyal, multi-million-square-meter landside portfolio spanning commercial, logistics, hospitality, and residential asset classes from masterplan and investment case through delivery and into operation, aligned with Vision 2030. Previously I led real estate development enablement and excellence at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, shaping national developer policy and qualification frameworks. Before that I delivered major infrastructure and giga-projects including Riyadh Metro (Line 2, Red Line) and King Abdullah Financial District. What I have learned across those roles: the investment case and the operating outcome are the same decision.
