I prioritise client care by assisting with on the spot technical training in virtual meeting rooms and calls, resolving errors, and either helping users customise their sites or identifying requests that need to be forwarded to specialist teams. I am responsible for creating guides and articles for internal Entities team use on highly technical processes that are heavily impacted by a wide array of customisation options. I synthesise technical content into clearly constructed communications to clients on intricate operations. I also create technical writings for detailed, yet efficient, escalation reports and client customisation requests. Communicating complex information quickly is key and I am experienced at simplifying lengthy and complicated stages in a succinct manner.
As a senior teacher, I was tasked with creating and implementing unique training plans for each client with a forward-facing approach. It was also important to carefully collect, collate and interpret feedback to be used to adjust existing programmes and aid in client retention. I developed and implemented a model for teaching high level business students who had limited time. This role increased my understanding of the value of time and the importance of achieving as much as possible in a short time frame. A high level of organization was required as I was responsible for providing, collecting, and ensuring that all Madrid based records. Key Achievements: -Created and disseminated guides to teaching staff which increased awareness of the importance of the legal documentation which was created to apply for government reimbursement. -Provided highly individualized and focused lessons which in turn raised student attendance from the previous years.
I led the exam-based division of the school and assisted in preparing students of all cultures and ages for key language exams which determined their eligibility for university, professional roles, and immigration status. I stepped into the role of Director and oversaw schedules, resources, and the smooth day to day running of the school when the Director of Studies was on leave. Key Achievements: -Attended national conferences and imparted key information to staff members to diversify methodologies used in a wide variety of class types. -Successfully managed staffing emergencies by using creative problem-solving skills which prevented class cancellations and therefore, complaints.
