By using Multiomics & AI, Rosetta Omics is committed to revolutionize the field of precision medicine in oncology. We will address a critical market of 19 million new cancer cases diagnosed worldwide each year, and our mission is to improve prediction of treatment responses to support decision making of healthcare professionals, ultimately increasing the chances of cure and reducing the costs associated with ineffective treatments. Our innovative solution integrates with standard clinical procedures to empower oncologists, clinicians, and pathologists to make more informed treatment decisions. We aim to transform the way cancer is fought, providing a unique service that allows the stratification and ranking of first-line treatment options from a single tissue slide per patient. • Leading a large team of teams, responsible for quality across a broad supply chain network on nacelles and towers, building and deploying strategy, operating rhythm, and execution to deliver best-in-class products to customers at capacity rate. Use Lean, drive standard work across the organization and manage processes to achieve expected business results from S&OP plan, leading and influencing suppliers development, risk assessment, customer requirements fulfillment, APQP4Wind/PPAP execution and overall continuous improvement / issue resolution discipline. • Responsible to deploy a full standalone OFW SQ team in a wide range of direct materials and modularization transfer of work, developing people, driving SQDC (safety, quality, on-time delivery and at cost) to multiple sites and building a pipeline of simultaneous 6.5+ GW simultaneous projects in offshore wind using current 12-14MW and next generation product line.
• Led OFW supplier quality team in a hybrid organization with ONW, delivering to S&OP commitments and quality expectations for the business. • As part of an accelerator leadership program (XLP) rotation, this role enabled further team expansion in OFW, building a strong reputation of execution on PBG/EDF project (80 x 6MW) in France and executing Haliade X ramp-up globally.
• Led the supplier quality activities for OFW, working transversally with senior leadership to deliver best-quality and ensure rigor into APQP4Wind deployment. Support cross-functionally stakeholders wing-to-wing from Engineering to Services, and representing OFW business in the Renewable Energy SQ Global org to ensure adequate resources allocation aligned to business priorities. Led SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) program activities across GE REN.
• Led supplier quality for global onshore and offshore parts (bearings, lub systems, seals) serving 06 GE manufacturing plants on quality, driving APQP4Wind, qualifications, supplier approval, auditing and issue resolution. Supported Haliade 1 production and acted as a focal point during Haliade X NPI in SNZ. Led SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) for GE Renewable Energy (REN). Certified Green Belt and RCA Leader, delivering impactful projects to business on Cost of Poor Quality recovery of generators.
