- Launched Paycell direct banking iOS and Android mobile apps. Led the newly established scrum team of 5 engineers. - Designed all app mockups and UX for mobile and SDK platforms. - Partnered with the marketing and engineering team to develop a well-defined product roadmap based on market research, customer surveys and product data and prepared PRD for the engineering team. - Used Firebase and Adjust data to analyze and track customer journeys in order to give weekly feedback and make product decisions.
