We manage the integrations of Call Center applications with outsourcing companies. At the same time, we ensure communication between the Call Center application and telecommunication systems. A logging structure was developed to be used in Digital Channels and some core systems. This structure is positioned differently from our standard logging flows. Developed as a REST API, this system is positioned as an external service that can be used both in fraud workflows and through digital channels.
In an agile project, we prepared the infrastructure of the offline chat architecture and prepared the services that mobile applications will use. Our team is responsible for the framework used by alternative distribution channel teams. We have been providing netcore and netstandard support for 3 years and we are developing projects using netcore, netstandard and angular. I'm currently responsible for a shell application running call center applications. This application is an application written in WPF and communicates with telecom systems and genesys and informs mobile applications and web applications.
In May 2019, I changed teams within the company and transferred from infrastructure teams to a team called SMG (Software Management Group). Here I am developing framework development, netcore, angular and react. I assisted channel teams in guiding their finding solutions and new projects.
