Starting from September 2012, as I took part in all installation processes and worked as a translator, I have been working as chief production engineer since the start-up in February 2014. The company is the only PA6 producer of Turkey. • Educating the personnel, monitoring all production processes and process parameters, preparing and checking charts for production monitoring. • Preparing instructions for processes, monthly inventory charts and production equilibrium charts. • Step in breakdown when needed. • Supporting warehouse when needed. • Communication with suppliers that needs technical information or English knowledge, follow-ups of samples and trials, ordering for purchase if quality is approved. • Translation of some standards and test procedures, monitoring the results, supporting laboratory about choosing the right chemical and calculations. • Utilities: Monitoring and taking actions when needed in N production and purification unit, demineralized water /RO unit, chiller unit and HTM burner unit.
