    I am proud to serve as the Management Consultant responsible for Digital Transformation and interim Technology Leader at Thy Opet, Turkey’s leading aviation fuel company, as beginning of 2024. Thy Opet is a joint venture between two industry leaders, combining the standards and expertise of both partners. Our Technology Group consists of three main units: Information Technology (Infrastructure and Cyber Security Unit, Enterprise Resource Planning Unit) and Operational Technology Unit. Key Projects and Achievements: We are leading a comprehensive transformation from SAP R3 ERP to a Greenfield S/4HANA structure. This project involves the consolidation of independent systems, redesigning our SAP landscape to meet modern business needs, and integrating real-time data, mobile, and cloud solutions. The project roadmap includes preparation and planning, system analysis and design, implementation and integration, testing and training, and finally, go-live and stabilization phases. This transformation is critical for enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and rapid response to audits and business requirements. Digitalization of Operational Processes We have identified and digitalized key workflows, including the automation of field operations with tablet-based systems integrated with SAP. Risk Management and Audit Compliance All findings from Koç Holding and Turkish Airlines IT audits have been addressed. We have established robust risk management plans (short, medium, and long-term) and aligned our processes with digital transformation objectives.     The North Marmara Motorway is a new alternative for land transportation for Marmara Region of Turkey. It consists of highways, intersections, viaducts, tunnels and service areas. The project is performed through Build Operate Transfer (BOT) model basis. The main construction contractors working on the project (Kalyon, Limak , Cengiz, Kolin ) are well experienced in such projects both inside and outside of Turkey. In February 2019, I started to work as a CIO serving these two companies. 5 groups , System Storage and Network, Securiy group manager ,Software Development and Applications group manager , Toll Collection group manager, Electric and Electromechanical group manager , Intelligent Transportation Systems unit manager report directly to me. In the 2021 organization, I transferred the groups of Electric, Electromechanical and Intelligent Transportation systems to the directorate responsible for operations director.
