o Represent the supplier technical assistance organization, o Direct interface with supplier manufacturing sites for quality problems and responsible for closure of Supplier Process related 8D reports, o Facilitate help needed items from Product Development/PVT and/or Production area for the Supplier Process issues, o Active participation in plant VRT forums and Vehicle Quality Review meetings as STA organization representative, o Lead Critical Supplier Process to drive Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance improvement, o Support quality reject procedures, o Coordinate part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure, o Lead containment of special-cause supplier process, o Provide early notification to and engage the STA Site team on potential stop shipments related to supplier process (SP), o Provide support in containing supplier Stop Ship issues.
