Basic Responsibilities • Developing the Performance Evaluation System with consideration for group needs • Utilizing Performance Evaluation results in Talent Management, Promotions and Rotations, Training Planning, and Wage Management processes • Conducting 360-degree performance evaluations and taking action on low results • Creating Career Maps for employees • Implementing key personnel backup processes and monitoring the growth of high-potential employees • Providing opportunities for horizontal and vertical movement within the organization aligned with employee competencies • Designing short- and long-term Talent Management projects to address the group’s needs • Formulating company personnel budgets using staffing plans and ensuring monthly reporting • Keeping wage bands updated by conducting domestic and international wage research and market analysis • Calculating direct and indirect labor unit costs by collaborating with the bidding unit to share data on pricing, benefits, and relevant legislation for new projects • Ensuring compliance with Labor Law and SSI for employee entry and exit • Preparing and submitting necessary documents to relevant institutions • Ensuring the timely preparation of wage slips and the transfer of employee wages to bank accounts and accounting records • Overseeing the opening of new workplaces, closing files at the end of jobs, and conducting necessary inspections • Ensuring subcontractors submit payroll, SSI declarations, and tracking payments • Generating monthly personnel cost reports • Administering insurance, including BES, Private Health Insurance, and Personal Accident, and ensuring ongoing follow-up • Ensuring compliance with expense and travel regulations and updating limits according to market conditions • Planning, managing, and periodically reporting on the department’s annual budget.
Management of Human Resources processes of all Blue-collar and White-collar employees such as recruitment, monitoring of personnel processes, preparation of payrolls, making legal notifications, etc. of 1,500 employees working in Yarn, Sock and Sugar Factories within the Group.
