1. Communicate and implement HR policies and processes in the region. Provide interpretation on HR policies, procedures, and compliance related issues. 2. Implementation of Country Compensation & Benefit Strategy aligned to business strategy. 3. Drive performance management - goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews, Career Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans
1. Develop and review policies for leave, holidays and terms and conditions of employment. Identify and coordinate modifications to Leave Management System(s) arising from changing requirements 2. Design employment contracts and establish a repository of them ensuring consistency and compliance with statutory as well as organization norms 3. Partner with legal to obtain opinions on requirements from organization relating to employment practices (leave, offer letters, terms and conditions of employment)
