About

I work with project governance and organizational development across technical organizations. My background as a mechanical engineer from Chalmers gives me a grounding in technical environments, which I combine with building stable governance structures in complex organizations. I am drawn to the role of the connecting link between stakeholders, turning complex needs into solutions that people actually use day to day. At Göteborg Energi I built a group wide project governance framework, work that lifted project maturity across the organization. More recently I have focused on how AI can create real business value close to project work, including developing and deploying an AI assistant that significantly cut information search time for project teams. I am now looking for a role where I can be part of an organization from the inside, own the results and watch them take shape over time.
