I work with project governance and organizational development across technical organizations. My background as a mechanical engineer from Chalmers gives me a grounding in technical environments, which I combine with building stable governance structures in complex organizations. I am drawn to the role of the connecting link between stakeholders, turning complex needs into solutions that people actually use day to day. At Göteborg Energi I built a group wide project governance framework, work that lifted project maturity across the organization. More recently I have focused on how AI can create real business value close to project work, including developing and deploying an AI assistant that significantly cut information search time for project teams. I am now looking for a role where I can be part of an organization from the inside, own the results and watch them take shape over time.
• Delivered comprehensive training and workshops utilizing the XLPM methodology to enhance leadership and project management skills. • Contributed to the ongoing development of the XLPM methodology and training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness. • Initiated and led a pilot project focused on AI-assisted revision of the XLPM methodology and online platform, driving innovation in training delivery.

• Led the total delivery of test trucks by coordinating and monitoring all project activities. • Acted as the Product Build representative, emphasizing quality, delivery, and cost management. • Managed the project total build plan to align with project demands and timelines. • Oversaw internal work processes in the physical build, ensuring efficient operations.
• Supported large-scale R&D projects by maintaining comprehensive project plans and tracking delivery timelines. • Coached project teams on structured planning methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensured consistent communication among project members regarding status updates, milestones, and risks. • Contributed to improved planning accuracy and delivery predictability across multiple development programs. • Delivered workshops and trained over 300 employees and consultants in project planning, PTM tool and DVP process. • Led the implementation of the project planning tool PTM (Project Time Management).
Applied Value Stream Mapping to Goodyear's aftermarket customer satisfaction processes across the EMEA region, identifying bottlenecks and supporting Kaizen improvement activities. This work formed the basis of an academic publication at Chalmers University of Technology.
