I am Methila, currently working as an IT Trainer at Generation Europa, where I help older adults feel confident using technology, which has strengthened my patience, focus on accessibility, and belief that small design changes can create big impacts. With a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering, I have built a multidisciplinary background combining UX research, data analysis, project management, and front-end web design. My journey began with Computer Science but later evolved into making technology more human-centered. I conducted user research and synthesized interview insights to design a user-friendly website that serves as an information hub about robotic pets for elderly care. I have also developed data-driven dashboards using Python and Tableau and created web prototypes with WordPress, Figma, and Miro. I am experienced with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Power BI. My participation in international Erasmus+ programs and workshops on UX, digital inclusion, and immersive media has further broadened my global perspective on technology challenges. I am actively looking for new opportunities where I can combine empathy, data-driven insights, and human-centered design to build impactful digital solutions.
