LL.M. Candidate at Leiden University | EU Competition Law, Digital Markets & Regulation | Legal Research

Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands

About

I am currently pursuing an Advanced LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Leiden University, covering EU internal market law, competition law, and regulatory frameworks. Within this broader framework, my primary academic interest lies in EU competition law, particularly its application to digital markets and its interaction with evolving regulatory and sustainability objectives. I am currently writing my Master’s thesis on the interpretation of Article 101(3) TFEU in relation to supply chain sustainability agreements, which has further deepened my interest in competition law enforcement and policy trade-offs. Prior to Leiden, I gained hands-on experience in litigation and legal consulting in India, including work before the Allahabad High Court and the Supreme Court of India. This experience strengthened my legal reasoning, drafting, and procedural understanding, which I now apply in an EU law and regulatory context. I am seeking to build expertise in this field through research, writing, and practice-oriented exposure within European legal and regulatory environments.
