An AI researcher and a software engineer with years of experience designing intelligent, scalable, and data-driven systems. Evolving from a background in software engineering to applied AI research, I explore agentic and multimodal intelligence aimed at creating explainable, human-centred, and operationally scalable systems. I hold a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence from Aston University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Agentic AI, focusing on multimodal AI frameworks for healthcare diagnostics. My research explores how intelligent agents can collaboratively interpret complex physiological data to improve clinical decision-making. Alongside research, I’ve engineered and delivered large-scale SaaS platforms, graph-based data architectures, and robust access-control systems, always emphasising performance, reliability, and clean system design. I’m deeply motivated by projects that merge AI research with real-world engineering, creating solutions that are not just intelligent, but sustainable, transparent, and human-centred. I have major contributions to one of the SaaS applications (AssetSonar), and I have done numerous impactful features, taking 10 subscriptions to 200 plus active subscriptions. Some of my major responsibilities and catch-the-eye features are mentioned below: ➣ Worked on sprint tasks and identified requirements as well. ➣ Worked on SCCM integration, designed and developed a full-fledge agent while taking care of network and security. ➣ Implemented integrations of authorization and provisioning using SAML and SCIM protocols. ➣ Worked on LDAP protocol to fetch information from Active Directory to SaaS Application. ➣ Implemented Zendesk and Jira integration with SaaS applications to generate Service Desk Alerts. ➣ Worked on integrations to fetch cloud software from G Suite, AzureAD, and Okta. ➣ Implemented a complete CMDB module with visualization using D3.js. ➣ Worked on OCS Agent source code (Perl, Objective C) to add additional functionalities to fetch IT Assets.
