Building and scaling Mal's banking experience for Pakistan, from the ground up.
I oversaw strategic partnerships, managed banking relationships within our consortium to leverage market access through merchant networks while driving new partnerships across payment schemes, fintechs, and verticals. I built a sales funnel, bringing in banks, fintechs, and financial/non-financial institutions to drive revenue growth. I also handled capital and investment strategy for the bank, ensuring sustainable funding and long-term expansion.
Led all revenue related teams including Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, Account Management and Business Operations.
Led all Hoola sales and business development teams (including field sales, inside sales, enterprise sales/partnerships, sales development, sales enablement, professional services, sales engineering and sales operations & strategy). Focused on helping sellers of all sizes (small local businesses to national brands) grow their business and improve their operations through Hoola's service offerings & tools.
Led customer facing and business analytics teams (including Channel Strategy, Customer Engagement, Account Management, Operations Analysis, Beta Programs and Professional Services) to optimize the end to end lifecycle experience and revenue generation of Enekon's existing customer base.
