• Managing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of ELÜS (Electronic Warehouse Receipts), facilitating the secure integration of agricultural commodities into the financial markets. • Overseeing the Bearer Shares Registration System (HPKS) to ensure transparent and compliant recording of shareholdings in accordance with national regulations. • Executing post-trade settlement and custody operations for emerging market instruments, maintaining the integrity of the Central Securities Depository (CSD) infrastructure. • Analyzing operational workflows and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes for commodity-backed securities and investor registries. • Monitoring regulatory changes and legislative updates to ensure full compliance of daily market operations within Borsa İstanbul Group. • Providing operational support and guidance to market participants regarding the registration and transfer of bearer shares.
Leading the end-to-end product development life cycle for Mobile Payment (Direct Carrier Billing) and Mobile Wallet solutions. • Defining and executing the product roadmap by analyzing market trends and user needs to drive growth in the FinTech ecosystem. • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, engineering, and legal, to deliver seamless payment experiences. • Building a bridge between customer expectations and technical capabilities to ensure high user satisfaction and operational excellence. • Coordinating with merchants and third-party partners to expand the mobile payment network and increase transaction volume. (Apple, Google, samsung, Boku etc.) • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting data analysis to optimize payment conversion rates and product performance.
