I lead product and presales for ICT, cybersecurity, and managed network solutions, working closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to turn complex customer needs into scalable, commercially sound offerings. Currently, I serve as Group Senior Manager – Products & Solutions at Kalaam Telecom Group, supporting enterprise and carrier customers across Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & the United Arab Emirates. My role covers end-to-end ownership of product strategy, presales governance, solution architecture, and go-to-market alignment across ICT, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services. I work across SD-WAN, MPLS, DIA, cloud connectivity, SOC services, SIEM, SOAR, PAM, IAM, DDoS protection, data center, ELV, and ICT infrastructure, ensuring solutions are technically robust, operationally feasible, and easy for sales teams to position and sell. Over the years, I’ve led large RFPs, supported multi-million-dollar deals, and helped organizations modernize networks, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and adopt managed services with confidence. I regularly engage at CXO level to simplify technical decisions and align technology with business outcomes.
