Looking after the business of Imtiaz Supermarket for South Zone worth PKR 2.4 Billion Annually, building entirely from scratch with Non Direct Model to Direct Distribution Model. 3. Leading JBP negotiations to deliver on Channel objectives of maintaining discounting at high volume stores and delivering aligned double-digit growth for 2023. 4. Partnering with Channel and Category Teams to create new launch budgeting and in-store amplification plans. 5. Driving the execution of new launches and amplification in the market. 6. Working closely with stakeholders to drive category growth based on category insights, tertiary sales analysis and shopper behavior.
