Sapphire Retail Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sapphire Group Pakistan the Textile giant of the country. The group is now diversifying into fashion retail with aggressive and ambitious expansion plans. I am responsible to lead the Expansion department main role is site acquisition, design layout, construction, all MEP works and hand over the store to operation in addition maintenance of existing stores is also in domain of expansion department.
Responsibility: * To manage various functional areas including procurement, lease, purchase, construction, renovations along with administration and security contracts * Responsible for day to day operations for the 09 properties in Pakistan. * Efficient energy management and energy saving project implementation * Budgeting of all maintenance, administration & capex * Area of responsibility are Power Generation, HVAC, Complete electrical system, Fire Fighting and plumbing , Security/ surveillance Equipment , Refrigeration system, Material handling equipment and sewerage treatment plants etc. Other Responsibility: * Project Manager for MEP works * Project Management * Expansion * Country Energy Manager * Country Carbon Accounting Specialist
