Dedicated Operations & Maintenance Engineer with over 09 years of experience in Wind Sector for supervision, Operations management, training, administration, project management and cross functional communication of Wind Power Plants. Team player with expertise in managing operations and maintenance works.
• Ensure, monitor, and assist Plant Manager in all activities of Plant including Operations. • Ensure strict compliance of Operating Procedures, Operational SOPs in accordance with OEM guidelines and market prudent practices. • Responsible for compliance of documentation as per Energy Purchase Agreement and keeping record of it. • Look after all the matters related to the operational switching, maintenance, and commercial aspects of Plant. • Supervise monthly energy meter reading activity. • Monitor and report Plant Operational Performance to Plant Manager on regular basis. • Preparing and review of daily plant operations report • To verify and ensure documentation of Monthly Report returns. • To ensure the correspondence with the NPCC, RCC, NTDC, NEPRA & CPPA is completed to fulfil the requirements time to time. • Facilitation of Testing Committee, Meter Reading Committee, Meter testing committee, and Anemometry Committee whenever required. • Prepare, maintain, and coordinate Annual contracts with vendors providing site services. • Ensure compliance of Annual Maintenance of EBOP and WTG as per OEM recommendations • Coordination with Different Vendors for Maintenance & Spares of Plant. • Ensure proper record keeping of NPE events i.e. SCADA LOGS. • Ensure CDM and GS compliance including monitoring reports, annual reports and all other works related to carbon credits. • Routine reminders to senior Management for closure of open tasks. • Make Activity Plans as per wind pattern to ensure availability guarantee. • Make maintenance plan as per Wind pattern to ensure maximum generation. • Highlight defects and deficiencies of equipment during the operations to Plant Manager. • Observing the Power Curve of the Wind Turbine to check if it meets the guaranteed curve. • Observe Key indicators of Plant (KPIs)
• Correspondence with the client for day-to-day construction activities • Earthing of Substation and Wind turbine foundation. • Ensuring Transformer Installation, commissioning and testing as per approved QA/QC plan • Study drawing and ensure execution of work as per drawing. • To co-ordinate with the Subcontractor for the execution of Substation work and erection & commissioning of equipment like a transformer, CT, PT, and busbar etc. • Making of quality inspection plan and testing plan for Wind turbine generator and EBOP (Electrical Balance of the plant). • Preparation of Method Statement for equipment installation. • Highlighting site construction issues and discussing with the consultant. • Drawing submission to the client for review and approval. • Monitor Installation and testing of outdoor 145kV ABB GIS • Monitor Installation and testing of CT, PT, and 22kV MV Switchgear • Coordinate with Client and Independent Engineer for all testing as per Energy Purchase Agreement • Preparation of Testing Protocols and submit same to the client for approval • Preparation of Testing Methodologies.

Basic knowledge of Gas Turbine (GE Frame 9E, 120MW) and control system (Speedtronic Mark-VI). Basic knowledge of Steam Turbine (Fuji Japan, 65MW) and DCS (Emerson Ovation). Basic knowledge of HRSG/ BOP’s and DCS (Honeywell EPKS C200). Basic knowledge of instrumentation (i.e. control valves, servo valves, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, PH sensors, conductivity sensors).
