As a Business Management Consultant, I contribute to organizational growth by leveraging expertise in organizational psychology, continuous improvement, and change management. My role builds on my experience as a Management Consultant at ALULA, where I managed 20+ projects as a Project Manager, and a Program Manager at Western Michigan University, where I oversaw a team of over 20 student employees, facilitating connections between students and academic resources to support their success. I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, both from Western Michigan University. My prior experience includes a Continuous Improvement internship at Pfizer, where I supported process improvement initiatives. My work is driven by a commitment to enhancing organizational performance and fostering effective, data-driven solutions to address operational challenges.
I manage a team of over 20 student employees in all aspects of the program designed to help connect students on campus with like minded individuals and to resources to help them thrive in their academic journey at Western Michigan University.
I worked with a team to analyze the organization's systems and using behavioral sciences, created process maps and tools that helped streamline processes and reduce workload for employees working as behavior technicians.
