I built my career breaking into systems. Now I help enterprises make sure no one else can. As a Senior Customer Success / Solutions Engineer at Bright Security, I own the full technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers globally from pre-sales POVs and pilots through deployment, adoption, and renewal. My job is to make sure security programs actually deliver outcomes, not just get deployed. What makes my approach different: I came from the offensive side. Before moving into the SE/CSE world, I spent years conducting VAPT across web, mobile, APIs, and cloud finding and remediating a significant volume of high-risk vulnerabilities and building AppSec programs from scratch. I know how attackers think, and I use that to design scan strategies, configure DAST/SAST logic, and guide customers toward security postures that hold up under real pressure.
