Controls project plan and approves design, specifications, plans and schedule changes as per the main client. Prepares project status reports, collects, analyzes and summarizes information and trends. Exercises and practices controls that are essential to ensure performance of projects in accordance with contracts. Conducts periodical meetings to evaluate progress of work, detects delays approves them and refers to headquarters for billing and collection. Ensures that construction preliminary and final acceptance tests were performed and accepted by the engineers. Knowledge of installation techniques for telecom systems. Knowledge of engineering principles, practices and methodology. Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction. Strong technical background.

Attended weekly and Monthly meetings with the management to discuss the status of work progress for present month and Forecast plan for next month target. Find solution for the critical issues and discussion with client for approval. Hand over the project on time to the client. Supervise all supervisor from there allocated location. Covering all issues between Client, Fujitsu, Fujitsu contractor and Supervisors. Updating the daily progress report on daily bases. Handover the whole projects from CO to the customers. Follow-up with contractor for the client quality issues. In addition taking responsibility of Project Manager during his vacation. Controlling over all projects, Controlling site supervisor to appoint him on the required project Attending client meetings during our PM vacation Reviewing STC Quality Plans.
