Technical Skills: • Operation, maintenance, Fault diagnosing, Fault Analyzing, Fault troubleshooting on all Electrical Power and Various Control Systems. • PLC and HMI based systems: Siemens, Schneider and Twido (Program uploading & up gradation), • Communication System: (Ethernet, Optical Fiber). • AC Motors speed control system: Frequency Drive Units configuration, setting & adjustments. • Electrical Schematics expertise: reading, editing and designing. • Programmable Digital control Protection Relays: applications, software installation & up gradation, changing configuration, testing and adjustments. • Power Generation (Alternator) up to 2500KVA: Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Frequency & Voltage Conversion, Synchronization applications (Isochronous Mode, droop mode, Base load (gen to gen/gen to city power) • Switchgears ABB, Square D. • Electronic Control Module Engines (Cummins, Caterpillar): software up gradation, fault troubleshooting, data logging. • Power Distributions: Low Voltage & Medium Voltage
Responsibility of 40 MW Power Plant Power Plant Installation • Plant Commissioning • Plant Operation and Maintenance supervision, Parts Ordering, Inventory. • Generators Power and Control Troubleshooting, Fault Analyzing, • Maintenance of HV and LV Equipment’s, Main Control Room and Switch gears • Reporting to Plant Manager Power plant is based on Thirty numbers of Diesel power Generators (CUMMINS) each 2000 KVA, producing 480 V and step up to 13.8KV with transformers installed with every generators, Eight RMUs each having 13.8kv Four incoming from Transformers and one Outgoing to Switch gears, Two Main Switch gears each having Six outgoing feeders and Four incoming mains form RMUs, One Main Control Room having PLC based control to operate the HV Breakers and controlling Start/Stop through PLC based Main HMI and Computer, every generator communicating with Main Control Through Optical fiber & Ethernet.
