• Lead end-to-end procurement operations for group services, including civil, electrical, and mechanical works. • Manage sourcing and renewal of annual service contracts for janitorial services, skilled/unskilled labor, and maintenance services across mechanical, electrical, and civil domains. • Administer contract lifecycle management—drafting, negotiating, executing, and renewing service agreements—while ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements. • Handle procurement for general supplies, groceries, and fixed assets such as furniture and fixtures. • Conduct supplier evaluations, market research, budget preparation, cost analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making. • Oversee invoice processing by coordinating submission of complete documentation to Audit and Finance departments for timely payment execution.
• Responsible for all Non-Trade Procurement of Imtiaz Super Market Nation-Wide • Procurement of Packaging material (Imtiaz’s Bakings and Ponam Packaging) l, all MHEs Parts for Stacker, Fork lifter, Power Pallet, Hand Pallet • Procurement of IT Equipment and accessories, general consumables, furniture and fixtures, fashion & apparel accessories, fabricate displays, hanging shelves, Wooden & Plastic Pallets. • To maintain maintenance and SLA’s, Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met. • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers, preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports • Processing of Invoices to Audit and Finance Department along required documents for payment process.
• Monitor complete purchase to Pay cycle • Liaise with material planning, purchasing, stores and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation • Select vendors and products following a strict and impartial evaluation of price, quality, delivery, and services • Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and increase the quantity. • Monitor inventory levels and access to the material. • Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization. • Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models. • Create relationships and negotiation with vendors and suppliers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams through RFQ issuance and specification meetings • Leading the process of analyzing supplier quotation, accessing cost across various components including labor, material, packaging and overhead rates • Planning and Procurement – Maintain material rundown & V2V planning sheets of 200+ CKD/ Consumable to determine reorder quantity to order and maintain optimum inventory level • Closely monitoring delivery schedules and control of inventory levels based on production plan revisions • Preparing Weekly Obaya Reports and presenting it to top Management
