Responsibilities/ Accomplishment: 1. Prepare the annual manpower plan resource plan, in coordination with the departmental head immediate and long-term staff in terms of number, skills types and skill level. 2. Carry out the salary reviews exercise in comparison with market trends. 3. Advise the immediate supervisor on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; based on discussion with the departmental heads, so that it can be further taken up with the management team. 4. Make sure that talent specialists perform recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions. 5. Lead payroll (Factory plus 15 Branches) and wages administration of whole organization by getting overall payroll & wages sheet from administrator. Check the details of sheet by questioning and investigating the data as per company policy. 6. Developing labor policies and overseeing employee dispute resolution and grievances involving employees and management. 7. Advising management on contract negotiations with labor contractors.
