Management and troubleshooting wired and wireless LAN. • To manage and maintain the LAN, WLAN connectivity. Including VSAT, Wireless bridges, DSL & Wimax. • Monitoring and optimization of systems performance and initiating system recoveries upon systems failure. • Also working to maintain the inventory of IT premises that are used in company’s • MS Outlook 2003, 2007 ,2010 Configuration & Troubleshooting. • IP Telephone Configuration and troubleshooting of more than 100 nodes • Assisting / Trouble shooting TCP/IP (Heavy Xerox Phaser 5500) Samsung and HP Printers.
