Digitalization Projects: • Final Settlement Tracking Report covering all exit scenarios • Digitalization of active and inactive Personal Files through XECM • Leave Management System - Decibel • Khushiyan Batnai ka AZM • People Connect HR Contact Centre • Facility Management Services Automated • Life Cycle Services Automated Deputy Manager - Final Settlements • Management of Final Settlement of outgoing employees through SAP • Managing and maintaining all the relevant Info Types & Wage Types in PA30 and highlighting issues and resolving technical problems. • Ensure timely Initiating and maintaining the SAP Application for processing the Final Settlement in Live mode • Managing the Final Settlement Clearance Portal of outgoing employees' clearance from 15 different departments · Preparing & reviewing SOPs, Policies and SLAs • Following with various stakeholders for completion of clearance to process final settlement within defined turned around time (TAT) • Managing Group Life Insurance that includes death, temporary and permanent disability & medical ground retirements' claims • Preparing reconciliation of premium cost to company as per actual employees' strength • Issuing & drafting all types of letters including Payment Orders, Recovery Letters, and dealing with the Courts for Succession etc., in case of deceased employees. • • Provide monthly reports / analysis to the management Team Lead People Connect - Human Resources · Build an effective Coordination with all stakeholders to complete assignments and tasks in an effective and timely manner. · Ensure that all Human Resource related Emails and Service are up & running as per Compliance and Protocols, by maintaining Service Level up to 95% and reflecting KE Values (CARES) · Ensure handling all Administrative Issues of HR Partners in timely manner (i.e. Attendance, leaves, roasters, and Benefits) · Ensure that all emails (under HR Domain) must follow generally acceptable standard practice to answer queries of HR Internal and External Customers as per agreed Protocols. · Ensure that all documentation, agreements, SOPs of areas under responsibility are up to date. · Work on the improvement Areas for all team members with guidance, trainings, session, coaching, documentations, etc. · Take initiatives and implement to enhance overall employees experience by adding WOW experience · Ensure effective team building by enhancing exposure, motivation, and dedication towards meeting overall objective
