Cenomi Retail is formerly known as Al-Hokair Fashion Retail Company Cenomi Retail is the lead Fashion company in the GCC which has about 1600 shops inside Saudi Arabia and international Market. The main key responsibilities are Liaising with sales, customers, and suppliers regarding delivery dates and accurate product costing Focusing on the commercial side of the business and working closely with the sales director to deliver profitable results Managing special projects across the business, including pop up stores and high-end retail installations Overseeing deliveries and bookings for all major retail partners Ensuring support across all areas of Supply Chain and logistics Management by being close with partners across the business inside KSA and the international markets Monitoring and analysis suppliers performances for all brands Monitoring the cost and efficiency of the shipments, stock movements and storage for local and international markets, matching the recommended KPIs Line Management is the responsibility for a team to maximize the productivities with a clear view of the future challenges that the Retail business has to plan solutions Applying the efficient solutions for all areas across the Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure the 7 rights. NESK Trading Co. is one of AL-Hokair Fashion Retail Group 1. Supervising 4 managers and 52 employees of the supply chain Management team inside KSA 2. Managed all detailed logistical operations for organization consisting of several elements with shipments value of 55 Millar Saudi Riyal a year for about 20 international brands for more than 320 shops and 4 warehouses in all areas of KSA 3. Planning the Logistic process for all products, inventory maintenance, shipment and deliveries on time, and returns on products (Seasonal Shipping Calendar=Display Calendar) 4. Building successful relationships with vendors, like Mango, Inditex, Gerry Weber, Women Secret, Okaidi, Jacadi, Mayoral, FLO, Megato, Machka, Ipekyol logistic teams& with international forwarders agents for less cost, short transit time and better services. 5. Coordinating the weekly, monthly, seasonal stock movements (Transfering) from the main two warehouses to shops, from shops to shops with a proper tracking system, less cost and less transit time. 6. Keeping detailed records, generate reports (Cost Report, In-transit shipment report Replacement Report, Stock Control Report)to help management understand the supply chain perspective including cost, transit time, added value and inventory. 7. Conducted transportation/warehousing network optimization(Warehouse Mapping)while reducing transportation costs as much as possible. 8. Analyzed statistical data to ascertain trends in performance, resulting in maximum effective and efficient use of logistical available resources (Employees, Trucks, materials) 9. 1. Handling all imports and exports as well as handling purchase orders from various brands (Mango, Stradivarius, Tempe, Okaidi, Women Secret, Gerry Weber, Mayoral, CRT, Jacadi) 2. Coordinating with customs/ brokers/ Laboratory for clearing shipments from ports Appointing & communicating with freight forwarders 3. Communicating with airlines/ shipping lines. 4. Appointing & communicating with Customs Brokers/clearing agents 5. Managing all pre-import and post import documentations. 6. Placing consumible orders to suppliers. 7. Correspondance & distribution of relevant documents to various dept 8. Providing Monthly/weekly reports to the higher management. 9. Supervising warehouse planning & operations. 10.Supervising goods distribution to the shops/transfers between shops. 11.Handling quotations/ invoices /confirming concerned payments. 12.Manipulate all shipments in a very economic and in minimum transit time. 13.Responsible for insuring ( marine insurance) all the incoming shipments and handling all relevant claims. 14.Responsible for supervising the retails operations of the of the showrooms prior to shipment deliveries. 15.Responsible for supervising the stock system of the shops/Stock controlling. 16.Supervising the inventory team and scheduling the inventories for the shops.
1. Receiving Export Letters of Credit from International foreign Banks and sometimes from local banks and checking its validities, terms and conditions. 2. Preparing the Import Out-Coming Letters of Credits (Import L/Cs), following up its final issuance with all its details through the International foreign Banks. 3. Preparing all shipping documents (B/L, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Inspection Certificate …. Etc) and following up its final issuance with its full details to be negotiated on the counters of Local Banks such as (Arab Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Amman) and on the counters of International Banks such as (HSBC Equator, USA, BNP Paribas Suisse Geneva, British Arab Commercial Bank London, Credit Agricole Indosuez Suisse S.A. Geneva Bank, Pan Asia Limited Bank and Abn-Amro bank, The Netherlands). 4. Receiving the In-Coming Letter of Credit (Export L/C), going through them carefully, and asking for amendments (If any) to be ready for negotiation safely without any delay in paying back money. 5. Preparing the Standby Letters of Credit application and followings its final issuance, amendments (If any) with issuing banks on one side, receiving Standby L/Cs issued in our favor and following up its validity with banks as well. 6. Preparing and Following up the issuance of Guarantees, Bid Bonds, and Performance Bonds after studying carefully the tender (Almost all issued by European Aid Agency, World Food Program, European Community Agency, AGEA Italian Food Agency, UNRWA, Etc) terms and conditions, and documents. 7. Preparing sale contracts and shipping documents related to all financial transaction including Cash Vs Documents, Advanced Payment, Postpone Cheques, draft Payments including Acceptance and Deferred Payment
