I'm currently working as Lifestyles Consultant at Aspire Lifestyles since 2023. I'm able to operate MS office such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel. My English proficiency is upper intermediate to advanced level both in writing and verbal as I am able to communicate with a Native/American. I have a capability to work under pressure.

● Provide detailed travel planning and booking services, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Handling customer's inquiries regarding Pre and Post sales matters such as payment, promotion, shopping guidance, return, refund, and quality issue on products. - Handling customer's inquiries regarding order processing and shipping process of the order. - Operate Zendesk as tools to communicate with the customer. - Reporting the issue to the relevant department. - Maintaining and recover customer's satisfaction during session. - Team work. - Ensure to achive all KPI such as customer satisfacfion, average handling time, service level agreement target, and maintain client's quality assurance score.
