Genetics of Host Immunity Lab
Performing in-vitro studies with technical expertise over handling of murine tissue extraction, flow cytometry and bacterial culture. Preparing manuscripts, including data analysis, compilation of data, literature review and writing.
Planned and conducted experiments to investigate the immunosuppressive function of CD137 expression on regulatory T-cells through trogocytosis. Conducting data processing and preparation of figures for manuscript.
Conducted an exploratory project on the role of cell-fate determining proteins and cell polarity in early-stage Caenorhabditis elegans embryos.
