My main focus was on customer experience to provide great support and service with troubleshooting their network problems, configuring their operating systems and carrying out research to provide customers with solutions to any technical issues. I had been awarded as a Star Performer of the Quarter - 3 (2022-2023) by Concentrix Daksh India Private Limited for delivery superb quality and achieving stacks grades beyond the expectations. In very short time I was able the grasp the process knowledge thoroughly and was capable to resolve any escalations.
