New Logo & Expansion | Strategic Enterprise Accounts I own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for engineering-driven large enterprises, helping customers accelerate digital transformation with Siemens Simulation, Data Analytics & AI, and cloud-based High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions. I lead account strategy and discovery, build ROI-backed business cases, align executive and technical stakeholders, and drive commercial negotiations through to close. I orchestrate cross-functional teams and the partner ecosystem to accelerate adoption and deliver land-and-expand growth.
Overseen global cross-functional customer pre-development and growth projects, developed and applied new strategies as part of the R&D management team. Trained technical senior project managers on product portfolio ranging from interior carpet, underbody, and engine bay systems to battery housing and cooling plate parts as well as whole competence spectrum (CAE and testing, benchmarking, sustainability and life cycle analysis, NVH and thermal management, and emissions). Built a technical interface among customers, R&D, and strategy teams with local sales units and development centres.
Supervised pre-development projects with focus on acquisition, execution, and coordination with OEMs along with research projects with universities. Directed three multi-cultural teams with 11 engineers, including thermal testing, thermal/aerodynamic and processes simulation (CAE), and thermal products and concepts groups.
