Operational management of production for Heat pumps and Chiller with approx. 300 employees and 5 direct reports. Establishment of Value stream oriented structures, introduction of shop floors, determination of working hours and shifts to increase capacities, optimization and description of processes, introduction of remuneration structures, training for shift leaders and employees. Direct report to management.
• Establishment and management of the department with 40 employees (five With colure) • Relocation assembly lines and test benches from abroad • Budget planning and tracking, investment • Main objectives are cost, quality, delivery and productivity • Report to the Management

Responsible for: Introduction as well as implementation Bosch Production System in the plant Bursa, implementation flow oriented layout planning, preparation of Overall concept, carrying out and planning of training and Workshops (VSD, QCO, TPM, standardized work etc.), monitoring and reporting of the work key figures to the plant management and as well as corporate sectors, Ratio Project coordination in the plant, carrying out of the BPS Audit (Internal and Maturity), guidance of the BPS Steering Committee, disciplinary responsibility for associate in the BPS area and project works
