I'm an applied behavioral scientist and HR leader working at the intersection of organizations and the scientific community. I help make the world's best behavioral science research easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to apply. I'm the Head of Learning at Egon Zehnder. I lead our Firm's global portfolio of learning programs and initiatives. In this role, I try to leverage high-quality learning and behavioral science research to support the growth and development of my colleagues. It's awesome. I'm also a Co-Founder and the Head of Research at Applied Scholar. Applied Scholar is a joint effort with myself and other behavioral scientists/practitioners with the goal of expanding interest and expertise in applied behavioral science. Simply put, organizations are proving to be surprisingly bad at solving their most complex human challenges. We're trying to help. Applied scholarship is a deep passion of mine - I really, really enjoy both "living in the arena" (as an HR leader) and aggressively uncovering research that enables me to be more effective in the arena. I'm active on LinkedIn and am always open to network with others who share similar interests and passions for applied scholarship.
I lead Egon Zehnder's global portfolio of learning programs and initiatives across all employees. I try to leverage the world's best learning and behavioral science research to support the growth and development of my colleagues. In this role, I lead the Firm's global L&D team and function.
I'm fascinated by the complexity and nuance of human behavior and it's a blessing to be able to pursue this passion under the umbrella of Applied Scholar. I'm incredibly proud to have co-founded Applied Scholar and - alongside some amazing colleagues and lifelong friends - I love the work that is enables me to do.

I served as an applied behavioral scientist within BCG, leveraging multidisciplinary research to design and launch solutions on our organizational and people priorities. I also had the pleasure of partnering with BCGers across the globe to integrate behavioral science into our internal and client-facing solutions.
I served as a Project Leader for BCG client-facing teams on a variety of engagements with both private and public sector clients. I specialized in leveraging the latest behavioral science research to tackle our clients' most strategic organizational challenges. I was a member of our People and Organization Practice (POP) and a founding member of our behavioral economics product, BeSmart.
I served in the US Air Force as an airborne-qualified Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Liaison Officer (ISRLO). As an ISRLO, I embedded with Army units to employ Air Force intelligence capabilities in support of ground combat operations. I deployed to southern Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in this role. I'm most proud of my efforts that shaped the future of the ISRLO career field and my contributions to Air Force intelligence operations leveraging behavioral economics.
