PZU Marathon and more. • Conducting research of the brand's users in order to deepen the knowledge about the target group.
• Management of image communication (including photo sessions) and sales communication (trade marketing, direct communication) in retail and on-line channels. • Management of current promotions according to the yearly calendar of client's needs in own retail network and in a franchise network. • Implementation of marketing research, management and optimization of cooperation with media houses and creative agencies. • Management of the team and the roadmap of projects of five supervised departments: Marketing, Media, E-commerce, Graphic and Arrangement.
