Maik Tiedemann is an Executive IT Specialist of Business Automation and Enterprise Content Management with 30 years of practical experience in the field. He works at the enterprise level mostly on digital business automation projects with an eye on bridging the gap between business and IT.
In my role as a technical specialist for business automation at IBM, I’m working with clients in order to identify and overcome their IT automation challenges. My focus lies on capabilities within the business automation platform including Enterprise Content Management, Decision Management, Business Process Management and Robotic Process Automation. This goes along with coverage of Open Shift cloud configurations and deployment aspects involving the Kubernetes technology stack.
