Responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, technical integration and company growth, including: - Management of the project and investment portfolio for Network Engineering, Products, and Integrations, overseeing an approximate R$ 300 million pipeline with a focus on strategic prioritization, governance, efficiency, and return on investment, generating average annual savings of around 16%; - Leadership of technical and network integrations for seven acquired companies, resulted from M&A processes exceeding R$ 1 billion, with a focus on rapid synergy capture, operational alignment, and standardization of technical and product frameworks; - Successful integration of more than 503,000 customers from acquired companies into Desktop’s network infrastructure and systems, ensuring minimal operational impact and delivering positive results across churn, NPS, and technical-operational metrics; - Design and implementation of the budgeting governance process (CapEx/OpEx) for more than 10 management areas within the Network Engineering, Products, and Integrations division. Main responsible for managing the innovative neutral FTTH deployment and operations in Brazil, tropicalized Ufinet's global solution for the brazilian market, developed suppliers and partners for a new technical and constructive network concept, specified products and services, negotiated contracts and supported business development with the largest ISPs and operators in Brazil, planning a neutral passive and active network for more than 750 thousand homes-passed, implementing carrier-class PoPs. Performed the interface with all corporate areas of Ufinet in other South and Central America countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and also headquarters in Spain and Italy, from technical to C-Level.

Responsible for managing the entire operation of power distribution services, with more than 500 employees in 3 operational bases (Sao Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul) for 6 main business, among others: - Construction and Maintenance of Distribution Power Lines - Regularization of illegal connections (clandestine) - Pruning - Disconnection and Reconnection of large debtors - Energy Efficiency - Smart Grid
CPFL Telecom is a greenfield organizational startup of CPFL Energia Group on the Carrier-to-Carrier market. Trained and developed teams, processes and tools. Defined technical specifications and procedures for the bidding on turnkey contracts valued above R$100MM. Also managed annual OpEx budget around R$ 20MM. Achieved the budget targets and built more than 1.000KM of fiber optic networks covering 17 municipalities in the state of SP. Also built and obtained the license for 21 Telecom Stations (PoPs). Established and qualified the implementation structure, achieving 100% in the customer service time indicator since the beginning of the operation, with recognition by the market. Excellent returns in terms of organizational climate and the satisfaction rate of employees with the management. Since December/15 managed also the Maintenance/Operations and Planning/Engineering departments. Operation/Maintenance organization and processes review resulting in a saving around 20% on operational expenses (OpEx), keeping network availability above 99,99% and 100% of contractual MTTR.
