o Work for TAV Construction in Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport, Madinah, Saudi Arabia o Preparing and managing Subcontract/Engineering Agreements & Letters of Award/Intent o Responsible for 79 Subcontracts Agreements o Handling Subcontractors Correspondences and replying to them if necessary. o Handling the Arabic correspondences from and to Subcontractors / Consultants / Governmental entities o Claims Management (Managing claims by subcontractors and consultants and keeping records)
o Work for Power Genration Egypt Projects, Abu Qir Thermal Power Plan, managing Contract of the civil works of the Project o Preparing and managing subcontract/engineering Agreements & letters of award/intent for Subcontractors / Consultants. o Handling Owner's Change Notices to tender documents, assessing the resulting cost/time impacts in cooperation with technical & planning departments, then submitting the relevant proposals of these changes to Owner o Assessing and submitting cost claims o Furnishing Purchase Orders for suppliers. o Attending & revising minutes of weekly progress meetings with the Owner & Consultant at job Site. o Preparing Contract Amendments drafts, submitting them to Owner & revising them finally before their official issuance. o Following up the documents from and to the consultant and replying to them when possible o Following up with Centria USA in all the cladding issues o Managing problems that arise on Site o Giving weekly alerts for contractual milestones. o Issuing Construction Completion Certificates of completed works, for Owner's approval. Revising Steel and Concrete drawings, QS and Invoicing o Risk Management (Internal Training Program at Orascom Construction Industries) Risk Assessment in Pre-Tender Stage, Tender Stage and Post-Contract Stage ARM Software user
