I worked on the now defunct Cruise Origin (R.I.P) at the now defunct Cruise (R.I.P).
At Opendoor, the Algorithmic Valuations team designs and deploys deep learning algorithms that allow the firm to accurately and efficiently value (and make offers on) hundreds of thousands of homes each year. We built deep learning solutions that power >$10b/year in transaction volume. You can read more about my work adapting novel algorithms to the real estate domain on the Opendoor Engineering blog, below [PDF version also attached].
I wore data science, data engineering, and SWE hats in the service of driver-product and machine learning infra.
At FRBNY, I focused on microeconomics policy, with research topics including consumer & SMB debt, and econometric designs in the context of education policy.
