I lead teams that sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer trust. Currently Head of Test Engineering & Repair Center at Frequentis AG, where my team is the last checkpoint before hardware ships and the first responders when it comes back. We own the full cycle: test strategy, test system development, production support, and the company-wide repair process for safety-critical communication systems used in 150+ countries. Before this, I spent 16 years at Frequentis growing through every layer of the engineering organization — from project management and release engineering, through system architecture and embedded platform design, to leading 30+ engineers across multiple disciplines and integrating an acquired company across all business functions. What connects all of it: I'm drawn to the roles where technical depth meets organizational complexity. Where you need to understand the hardware, the process, the people, and the business case — and make them all work together. A few things I believe in: → Great engineering cultures are built on clarity, trust, and feedback — not heroics. → The most impactful leadership moves are often lateral, not upward. → Your network isn't a safety net — it's the infrastructure of your career. (Thank you, Prof. Pfeffer and Stanford LEAD, for making that real for me.) Background: PhD in Electrical Engineering (TU Wien), Master's from Politecnico di Milano, Stanford GSB LEAD program. Native Italian, fluent in German and English, with some French and Spanish for good measure. Always happy to connect with people who care about engineering leadership, hardware quality, or building teams that actually enjoy Monday mornings.

Responsible for the company-wide repair process — optimizing quality, turnaround time, and cost — in close coordination with Customer Service and project teams. Key focus areas: → Team leadership & organizational development → Test system strategy (SW & HW) and new test concept introduction → Repair process ownership and cross-functional optimization → Budget and resource management → Strengthening collaboration between TRC, Customer Service, and subsidiaries
