Working in Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office (EPPMO) within the Division of Finance and Administration, the key roles are: a) Work within the scope of assigned projects to engage with diverse groups of project stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process users to identify, define, and document business needs in order to find solutions, make process and technology performance improvements, and enact organizational change. b) Understand and identify the business problems and opportunities, assess the capabilities to carry out change, determine feasible solutions/approaches, define the scope of the solution, and prepare appropriate documentation to present findings. c) Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, including interviewing stakeholders, facilitating customer journey mapping, and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand where, if and how technology, digitalized processes, and data solutions are needed. The BA will apply proven communication, facilitation, and analytical problem-solving skills to help the unit, or college make informed decisions. d) Work closely with Project Managers, IT partners, business owners to monitor deliverables and user acceptance (UA) test output and lead internal system quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance sign-off processes. e) Participate as an active member of the EPPMO team to collaboratively design, update and test techniques, tools, processes and templates, ensuring continuous innovation and improvement.
Working as Mechanical Manager with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Jamnagar through M/s Simar Infrastructures Ltd RIL Jamnagar is the world’s largest petroleum refinery and is executing expansion in the J3 region. My responsibilities included: 1) All piping and structure fabrication 2) Technical queries and investigating all field pipe and structure related problems 3) Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the client on detail engineering requirements 4) Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications and codes 5) Ensuring productivity and quality of the work 6) Monitoring the daily work activities of the sub-contractor and updating sub-contractor daily progress reports 7) Counter checking by isometric/piping plan for the spools erected in correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness 8) Conducting hydro and pneumatic tests.

Notore is a ISO 9001 certified, the only Urea/Ammonia Fertilizer producer in the whole of Sub-Saharan Africa. The ammonia plant is gas based with an installed capacity of 1000MTPD and is designed by Kellogg (KBR) of USA. Urea Plant has capacity of 1500MTPD and is designed by Stamicarbon, Netherlands. Worked in Mechanical Department with role in Ammonia plant, Gas Turbine & Boilers unit. I have worked in carrying out Preventive maintenance (PM); PDM; pump overhauling; steam turbine overhauling; Pipeline filters; Separators & KO Pots. Have good understanding of Material selection and codes; piping standards; ASME & PV codes; API codes generally used in process industries.
