Hey, I’m Mahmud Hossain Shanto. I make things look good for a living, but I’m really in the business of finding the truth behind a product and turning it into something people actually care about. Right now, I’m at an ad agency in Dhaka, collaborating with an awesome team to get global brands out of their comfort zones. We’ve even managed to pick up a few national awards for convincing those brands to sign off on some genuinely interesting work. I love what I do, even if half my time is spent explaining to my friends that I don't just "draw things" all day. When I’m not sketching ideas or fighting with Photoshop layers, I’m probably rambling about the insanely deep lore of whatever game I’m currently playing. Led Art direction and Visual Strategy for major brands like Airtel, Nestlé, Maggi, foodpanda, POND'S, UCB and their campaigns, ensuring strict alignment with client objectives and brand identity. Oversee a design team and manage cross-functional project workflows to deliver high-quality visual assets within strict deadlines.
Led the dedicated team for Airtel Bangladesh and ensured the proper digital presence of the brand; also developed "Airtel Friends" digital characters and created a visual guideline for Airtel Bangladesh.
Designed and animated visual content as the dedicated designer for BRAC Bank PLC and Arla Foods.
Created high-impact digital campaigns for high-profile clients including bKash, Suzuki, Uber, and Grameenphone. Acted as the lead designer for bKash, spearheading visual content creation and digital brand communication strategies.
