“I want you on the team because I know I can throw anything at you”. This is what got me to jump from stable corporate environment to one of the most fulfilling roles, with an exceptional team and mentor. There was the chaos of a fast growing start up, but it was magic. I seek to study, understand, solve and lead. Mentoring, learning, guiding and serving others has driven the entirety of my personal and professional life. Building teams, the value of curiosity, subscribing to timelines, process and deliverables are the tenants of results achieved. I strive to be the person you want to have in your corner when things are not going well. While known as a jack-of-all-trades, its my passion for organizational development, innovation, building teams and weathering uncertainty that has lead to many adventures, replete with stories, and the chance to be at the forefront of some of the most innovational and transformative brands and movements. I solve by developing a repeatable innovational and decision making funnel has allowed broad ideas to become actionable plans. I lead with an eye towards group dynamics, role and responsibility clarity as well as close looped communication learned in volunteer fire and medical teams. I pursue self awareness, driven as much by parenting as well as guiding and managing large teams in complex situations where trusting connections and true engagement are required.
