I've been passionate about mass media practices since the 4th grade. So, I’ve been driven to accomplish a bachelor's degree in Media & Mass Communications major, plus, a minor in TV & Radio journalism and productions (Umm Al-Qura University, 2009, SA). The bachelor's academic plan emphasizes comprehensive in-depth studies of mass media, radio & TV, theatre, printed & digital journalism. Nonetheless, it focused on the development of the production skills of audiovisual, writing and publishing. Then, I’ve advanced my education by studying a Master's degree in Journalism in New Ventures (Dal/Vind, 2015, CA). The academic plan was of two paths. The first is comprehending business administration and new venture creation strategies. The second is expanding knowledge of strategies for new media and digital journalism. Lastly, I've geared up by various on & offline training in relevant areas, such as public relations and business administration. Next is professionalism. Before 2012, I've worked for a couple of corporations in the media sector in SA. Several like Dallah Al-Baraka, as an independent TV reporter. Likewise, Okaz Institution for Press and Publication, as a journalist, and leader of the multimedia content unit. Relatedly, I’ve also worked as a public relations assistant manager at Hashim Ismail's firm. In CA, 2012 and up, I founded the media and public relations committee in the Saudi Students Association in Nova Scotia. I obtained a good experience through my duty as chairman of the committee. Besides, being the editor in chief for the Themar printed Magazine. Long story short, I was fortunate to have got provisional contracts in related industries in both KSA & CA. One of the provisional contracts was teaching students as an academic lecturer in the Media department at Umm Al - Qura University in subjects of Mass Media and Communication Studies, Radio & TV, Journalism and Public Relations. Currently, I work as an Administrative at the General Commission of Audiovisual Media -- GCAM.
