At the end of this spring semester of 2017 I will be graduating with an associates degree in Information Technology Support and I am looking for an entry-level Helpdesk and Support position. I will be continuing my education to obtain a degree in Server Administration. Prior to furthering my education, I was successful as a retail manager and well experienced with customer service.
